I have been obsessing about food lately. Mostly, I want to make sure that I'm avoiding imitation foods that don't have the same nutrients as real food does. I was recently referred to this site and the 100 day challenge. I think I'm going to do it.

I keep seeing things about this - eating better, less-processed food, but I just haven't done it yet. This looks like a great resource!
